Be begin with the Latin Quarter, on the right bank of the river Seine. It is there that students and intellectuals gather in charming bistros (the croissant from Cafe de Flore, is mandatory. You know who was a fan of the place? A certain Jean Paul Sartre ... can you?). For those who will consider it in the Latin Quarter which is located one of the world's most prestigious universities, the Sorbonne.

But if it comes to taste, learn to eat, for the French, it's almost a ritual (where else could have come from the word chef de cousine?). Salads, cream, fondue, the casseroles, everything, absolutely everything, is preceded or accompanied by cheeses. The cheaper it is also the most consumed: cammembert. But believe it or not, the French claim to produce more than 3000 different types of cheese. You can spend almost ten years proving a cheese a day, without repeating.

But French cuisine is not cheap nor abundant in quantity, as we know. Tip? A shopping trip with little more than the equivalent of 55 euros and you get out of there with a nice baguette and cheese for about three people.
